Lesego Marakalla, born on the 16th of May, 1993, is a renowned South African actress. She has gained significant recognition for her role as Rachel Kunutu on the SABC1 youth drama/soapie television series, Skeem Saam.

Marakalla was born in the beautiful province of Mpumalanga, South Africa. As of 2023, she is 30 years old, celebrating her birthday annually on the 16th of May.

One of Marakalla’s most notable roles was that of Rachel Kunutu in the high school-based soap opera, Skeem Saam, which airs on SABC 1. Marakalla was a part of the Skeem Saam family from 2011 to 2020, contributing significantly to the show’s success.
