He is an experienced Brazilian player who has palyed for clubs on three continents, namely South America, Europe and Africa. Ricardo Nascimento was born and raised in , State of Bahia, Brazil. However, he has become an international player who has played in Brazil, Romania, Portugal, and South Africa. Nascimento has resided in Europe, South America as well as Africa.

When did Nascimento’s career begin?

 Ricardo Nascimento started his professional career at Pallmeiras in Brazil. After making no appearances for Palmeiras, he joined Olé Brasil in 2008. Nascimento spent the following seasons on loan at Penafiel followed by Portimonense. He then returned to Brazil before embracing Romanian football with Astra Giurgiu. He again spent the 2012–2013 season with Portimonense. IAnother loan spell with Moreirense followed it In 2014, he entered Primeira Liga with Académica, in Portugal. Afterwards, he joined Mamelodi Sundowns in 2016 and renewed his contract in late 2020. Ricardo has served the Brazilians well, as they lifted the ABSA league title twice and the CAF Super Cup.
