Tema Sebopedi Biography
Tema Sebopedi, born on May 22, 1984, is a South African actress, dancer, makeup artist, motivational speaker, group fitness instructor, and MC. She is best known for her role as Lerato in the SABC3 soapie ‘Isidingo’. Her talent has been recognized with nominations such as the Golden Horn Award for Best Actress in a TV Soap. She also played Itumeleng Molefe on ‘Angel’s Song’, a show by GO/M-Net.
Personal Life
By her own admission, Tema has trust issues, which is why she is currently single. The only husband we have seen for Tema Sebopedi has been in ‘Isidingo’, where she divorced her on-screen husband.

Early Life and Education
Born and raised in South Africa, Tema pursued her passion for the arts and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Motion Picture Performances from AFDA. Her hard work and dedication have led her to land some of the biggest roles in her career.

Tema’s career took off when she landed the role of Lerato in ‘Isidingo’ in 2010. She has worked on a show that has been graced by actors like Lincoln Sibeko and Obakeng Zamdela. However, she was reportedly fired from ‘Isidingo’ due to her diva antics. Despite this setback, she continues to make her mark in the industry. Off the screen, she volunteers as a Sunday school teacher at Rhema Kids and serves as an ambassador for Peace Starts. She has also had a part in ‘Generations’, one of the most popular shows in South Africa.

Recent News and Future Plans
After a 13-month break following her departure from ‘Isidingo’, Tema returned to the screens in Mzansi Magic’s ‘The Throne’, playing the role of Tshegofatso “Tshego” Morule, the first wife of Prince Sello Morule. In addition to her acting career, Tema has also focused on her personal growth. She has worked on her physical shape and spiritual health, and through fasting, she unintentionally lost some weight. She loves her new self and feels much more comfortable.
