Born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Vuyiseka was raised by her single mother and grandmother. She participated in numerous plays and art projects within her community. Seeking better opportunities, she relocated to Johannesburg. Unfortunately, she lost her mother and grandmother in 2016, both within a span of four days. Following their demise, she took on the responsibility of caring for her three siblings and returned to Port Elizabeth.

After completing her studies, Vuyiseka embarked on her acting career full-time, collaborating with the Themba Interactive Theatre Group. She performed in industrials across less-privileged areas of South Africa. Her acting credits include roles in soap operas and serials like Generations: The Legacy, Rockville, and Ekasi Stories. She also appeared in The Great Mistake, The Game by Duma Ndlovu, and Rhythm City. Alongside her acting career, she also pursued modeling.

Personal Life

Following the death of her mother and grandmother, Vuyiseka assumed the role of guardian for her siblings. She balanced her acting career with the responsibilities of caring for her siblings. Her marital status and the identity of her husband, if any, remain undisclosed.
